In order to UPLOAD (POST) the document:

Fill in the form (Enter required information, i.e. Document number, Title,
etc.);

Click on the “Browse” button to choose a document for upload;

The popup dialog box will give you the ability to select document ON YOUR
COMPUTER that you would like to submit;

Press “SUBMIT” button.
In order to DOWNLOAD document from
the list of docs:

Click in the “Download Document” (implemented as link);

You will be prompted to Open or Save the document:
-
Choose Save and click “OK”;

The “Save As” dialog box will allow you to choose the location where to save
the document;
- Click “OK”.
